Return shipping costs

For defective or incorrect products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any other way.

In the event of a change of mind by the customer: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of the return. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return an item
